Terms of Service
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms govern your use of tokanta.com and the Tokanta service (“Tokanta”). By creating an account or using Tokanta, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Tokanta is today
Tokanta is currently a simulated experience. Valuations, prices, investment amounts and portfolio figures shown in Tokanta are illustrative. No real money is invested, held or moved, and nothing you do in Tokanta gives you ownership of any real asset.
Not financial advice
Nothing in Tokanta is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy or sell anything. Alternative assets can be risky and illiquid, and their value can fall as well as rise. Please seek independent advice before making real financial decisions.

Changes and availability
Tokanta is early-stage and changes often. We may add, change or remove features, and we do not promise the service will always be available or error-free. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Limits on our responsibility
Tokanta is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on illustrative figures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending your account
You can stop using Tokanta at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@tokanta.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information.
